There was a company on eBay who sold them, but they stopped.

I had them on my 01 Z28...and wanted some 17x11 for this 02 Z28 I have now...but no one makes them

O.E. Concepts in Sarasota, FL used to sell them. They might still have some in 17x9.5's but they don't have any 11's. Look on eBay
