Default Finally got my summit wheels on

I received my summit wheels last week and I must say they are nice. A little heavy but at $90 a peice I cant complain. Got everything mounted and balanced yesterday and bolted them on. I love the way they look on the car, they do stick out a little more than I wanted but oh well. Wating on getting the rears til summit stocks the MT ET Street radials again so my car wont be down for long.

I also got some used 26x11.5 Et streets from a local guy and slapped them on my 16" firebird wheels. After about a 1.5 hours with the powerball and Mother's Billet polish they ended up looking almost as good as the summit wheels. I ran out of light so I didnt get any pics of the car afterwards. But I got a vid of me putting the car back in the garage so I could pull the interior and clean it up a bit for some shakedown passes tonight. I'll try and get some day pics with the wheels on. In the mean time here you go!

This is what I started with:

After about 45min. of polishing with the powerball:

Comparison with the other wheel:

Disregard the dirty wheel wells as the car has been sitting for 3 years:

Yeah they're at 35 as per tire installer. I set them at 40 before I left last night to the track. Check out the vid in my sig, it was a good/bad night but ran a best of 12.26@110mph.

hey, any grinding required to get those wheels to work with the front calipers without grinding? I know the rears I had to do some grinding on the calipers to get them to work right. thanks
