Default ABS Light came on, and Car pulls hard left after Summit star mounting.

Well last night I was unable to drive the car very much, but the smorning on my way to work, About three miles down the road, My ABS light came on, and my BRAKE light came on,<<<<The one one the dash, not my actual brake light.

Also if I hit my brakes with a decent amount of force, My car will pull hard to the left.

None of my Wheels are touching anything, I only had to grind a little on one of my rear calipers. So I am kinda at a loss here..

What do you guys think? Were should I start looking for my problem... Could it be cause the different size rims/tires throwing every thing off? Would appreciate your input.

Lane

well if your pulling hard left either you have a bad caliper or also check your brake hose on the right front.....you may have kinked it somehow.I would also put the old wheels back on and see if the problem still is there. The ABS light probably is because of the different size tires

If the overall diameter of the tires is off by a big marin the ABS computer will default to off, since the sensors are giving the computer bad feedback.

The pulling is exposed by the tiny tires.

Okay thanks guys...

So since they are pulling from having smaller tires. I probibly had this problem to begin with, but just now noticed due to the skinnier tire?

Thanks

Concerning the ABS and Brake lights...
Is your alternator working alright? If yes, then
Check all underhood ground wires, as well as 3rd brake light (both bulbs)

From what I have read/been told by sponsors, it is usually only after an INCH in Diameter difference, when this occurs.

You definitely need some adjustable LCA's, don't have to trim the fender for a 28" tire. Also for the ABS/Brake lights, yes they come on, ABS is done because the wheels are now traveling at different rates because of the tire size difference.

As for the pull, it sounds like a caliper sticking.

I have some adjustable LCA's, They are sitting in my garage, alond with a pan hard bar..

Yeah after thinking about it, I too think it is the caliper, but right now, I have other things going on, so hopefully this weekend, when I take the rear end apart, I can look into those as well.
