Default where and what to use to trim the fender for a M/T 28x10.5S

it's on a 10" rim. looks like the rear bumper cover needs it pretty bad. the front looks like it needs it and the inner coil spring ribs? any pics and what tools? i have a sawsall.

I have no plastics trimmed on the Camaro. But Bogarts kick the wheels/tires out a bit more than Welds. But it's common to deburr the front lower sheet metal, the area between the outer lip and the lower control arm mount. And it's not unusual for folks to trim the rear plastic back, you can see where the tire could rub. I have 28w's on the formula and they rubbed thru the rear plastics. But it's a wider tire and I think the Formula's plastics are shaped different.

My 28by12.5s rubbed threw the rear plastics also
