Default Customs wheels need some help with the specs

Im looking at possibly getting some custom forged wheels. They can make them to the specs I want but not sure what back spacing and all ill want. I was thinking about 9" wide wheels in the front and 10" in the back. I also want it where the rear and front wheels are not sticking out just even. Any one have any ideas or should I take some measurements?

Thanks,
John

On my Red SS the 9.5" front have a 38 mm offest and my 10.5" wide rears have a 38 mm offset too.

I guess I would ask the question of what diameter are you looking at and what about tire sizes?

Im thinkin I might be happier with a 9" wide in the front and 10" in the rear and run like a 275 up from and a 285 out back. I seen that combo with some ttII's and liked it alot but didnt know the offset's or anything. Your car looks beautiful though.

Search for SS LS1 pics. Black SS. I got my offsets from him and you might get a better shot from his pics on how much they stick out.

Your also gonna need to think about how much lip you want cause thats gonna effect your offset too.

And the offset will affect the lip too right so Im more worried about the offset then if there is a decent lip left over thats cool.

And for comparison:

18" x 9.5" with a 275/35ZR18 front 38 MM offset:

18" x 10.5" with a 295/35ZR18 rear also 38 mm offset"

Over all:
