255/50/16 drag radials
Does anyone have have pics of how wide these look in the rear? According to jegs, the tire would be 10.3 inches wide on an 8 inch wide rim. I am puttin drag radials on my stockers for the track and then saving for some 17x9.5s for the street...I just want to get an idea of how these tires look from the side and rear, in comparison to my yokohama 245s...

They will be fine on a 16x8 wheel. I don't have any pics but I've run those BFGs on a 16 x 7 Mustang pony wheel with no issues and on stock 16 x8 5 spoke Firebird wheels on an LT1 years back.

They won't look any different than stock. I had some mounted on firebird wheels and other than the wheels and tread with and diameter looked the same. Top left pic of this shows you about what they would look like on a 16" wheel. It's kinda hard to see, but you can get a general idea.

thanks for the pics, i was just check because my current tires measure out a little over 9.5 inches wide, and these would be just over 10, i was just trying to figure if the half inch was noticeable on each side...does anyone know how the ET street handle at highway speeds? Does anyone DD ET streets?
