Default Weld wheel ?

i have been searching for about an hour now and havent really come across my retarded question. i was thinking of running a 15x8 with a 275/60/15 MT Drag radial in the rear and leaving the stock 17" ws6 wheels in the front just for the dragstrip, will this work??? also i know i will need to grind the calipers but the tires will fit right, i believe my car is lowered a few inches.

thanks for any help (i know im a f&^king retard)

Yes, you will need to grind the calipers. And yes, those tires will fit. I run 15x10 7.5 bs w/MT 325/50-did alot of BFH, but worth it. Check out video below in my sig.

no.. for the BFH you get a rubber mallot and bash in the areas in the INNER FENDER WELL where the tire rubs. If it rubs the fender. Get a fender roller and roll the fenders right(use a heat gun etc). Or you will have ripples in your fender.

It would take forever to beat the inner fender-wells with a rubber mallet, I always use a good solid mallet and recoat it with rubberized coating.

thanks for the replies, one more question on a 15x10 rim everyone is saying they run a MT 275/50/15 radial, yet summit says the maximum width of rim you can have on a 275/50/15 is 9.5???!?!?

No sir, you need more than a rubber mallet for the job. Something HEAVY. And don't be afraid, you're not going to hurt anything.
You can run 275/60's, check out Larry @ Speed Inc.(LT1 Project car) he's running them.
