Took me 3 months to get my set of wheels, GMPartsdirect kept sending me ones that were damaged. Your best bet is to pay the extra and use the gmpartsdirect part numebr for the kti and purchase them through a dealer, that way you don;t have to pay shipping costs when you get a bad set, and you WILL get a bad set...I went through 5 before the 6th was the way they should have been.
Do you have any pictures to show how they were damaged?

Dust in the clear coat and the black paint wasn't the same shade on every wheel. But yes if your going to buy them, give the dealer your part number so they take care of shipping costs and you won;t have to. You WILL get a few bad sets before you good one, but it's worth it in the end
