Default 17" C5 wheel fit a 315?

Ive got 17" Chrome C5's all around (in sig) and I want to throw some 315's in the back, even though I have brand new 275 Kumhos. I think they are a 9.5" but not 100% sure, is this right? Are there any C5 wheels that can fit a 315? because I really like these wheels on my car.

And does anyone run ET Streets at the track?

I wouldn't even attempt it. People will tell you it can be done but when that bead lets loose goin down the highway @ 70mph & you lose control you'll wish you had just bought the wider rims that those size tires are meant to go on.

In my opinion the absolute biggest I'd put on a 9.5 is a 285 tire. Anything bigger I'd buy wider wheels to fit the desired tire width. To me risking my safety just for a certain look just isn't worth it.

Exclamation

No it doesn't fit.

315's require a 10.5" or wider wheel.

And the only 17" x 11" "OEM" style wheel is a ZR-1

End of discussion . . .
