Default needing DR's few ??

Ok I am in need of DR's really bad! my 60's suck with street tires lol.

I'm sure cutting down my 60's will help with this promlem but heres whats up.
I'm in 4th gear and hitting my rev limiter before the 1/4. (60's 2.4x 2.5x) Yeah there that bad!

My car dynos 420 RWHP 398 RWTQ

I'm just going to use some stock 16" wheels. What size tire should I run? Taller? How wide of a tire can I run on the stockers??

I DONT HAVE THE $$$ FOR WHEELS SO DONT TELL ME TO BUY SOME 15X10's as much as I would like to I cant.

any info would be great Thanks

255 is the biggest you'd want to put on a 16x8.

Just run the Micky Thompson ET radials on your stock rims.
Or get a cheap pair of 17" rims from someone local.

In my opinion 255's look great on 16 by 8's...no safety issues either...

I have a pair of chrome ZR1's I'd let go for $75 if someone came and got them, so they are available locally cheap.

if they were a 17X11 I would jump on them

I've got the stock ZR1's I just want to keep street tires on them so I dont wear out the DR's daily driving.
