Default Pics Comparing 315's to 335's

I had my 335's off my car the other day and had my friends 315's on hand since he had my CCW drag pack. Here are a couple of pics for those interested in the size difference.

My tires are Kumhos and the 315's are 555r's both on 11" rims.

Awesome I always wanted to see this comparison to bad the 315's are Nitto's and they seem to run small compared to other 315's.

68goatboy- I have lots of pics in my sig.
Badhawk51- I have a buddy with 315 BFG drag radials I can get a picture of but they are a 10" rim I think so I don't know how they would compare.

Yeah he looks mean sometimes but he's cool. He's my girls dog she rescued him about two months ago. He was all beat up. He looks like this now. He is still healing and growing his fur back in some spots.

Thanks, I know what you mean the ten in rim would mess things up for comparisons. Very cool info though thanks for the pics.

Those wheels he has are like 14 inches wide. I saw him cut them in half and JB weld them together like his timing cover

That's rather amusing. I should save that picture and show it every time people ask about nittos being narrower.

I honestly would have thought they would have been wider, I know Nitto's run skinny for 315's, but for those being 335 they don't look much bigger. I bet those compared to a 315 BFG or Goodyear would almost be identical, and they should be, 20mm across the entire tire isn't much.

Very hand to have though!

I have another buddy with a 335 Michelin Pilot on a 11" FM5. I'll try and get pics of those too. These are the only 335's I've ever owned so I don't know if they run small or not compared to other 335's.

I would like to see the 335's compared to a more "normal" sized 315 since the Nittos are much narrower compared to a normal 315.

Yeah, I'm definitely surprised that there isn't more of an obvious, visual difference between the two. My old Nittos were quite a bit narrower than my current BFGs.
