Default Will a BFG Drag Radial do the job?

Ive already searched on here for threads that talk about peoples experience with the BFG drag radial at the track, but most of the threads I found are people talking about how the BFG's are a better drag radial than a nitto....... but they suck when its rains...... or how BFG is not a good choice for a daily driver..... or that BFG's dont last long.... That is not what im wanting to know.

I just want some feedback on how they were at the track. I plan on buying some JUST to use during this summer, since it never rains out here in Cali during the summer, and now that the local track is open again, and since my friend will sell me a fresh pair for 200.00 (315/35/17). After summer is gone, so are the drags. So tell me your experience at the track!! Thanks

I run them, I used a pretty bald pair @ 18 psi doing a shorter burnout cause they were balding and managed a 1.71. With a better burnout and 15 psi I bet you can get a mid to low 1.6x.

I twisted my driveshaft in half with a pair of them. Yeah, they're sticky.

BFGs have gone high 7s, your going to need to make sure the combo is setup correctly where on a ET street or drag your margin of error is much bigger.
