1st gen on 4th gen wheels???
I got a great deal lined up on some center line auto drag rims the are 15x10's how hard will it be to make 15's fit and also they are off a 1st gen 69 z28 will they even fit?

Based on what seems to be "the gospel" around here, Isee 2 problems on your horizon...The calipers were enlargened of the later 4th gen cars. They probably will hit the back side of the wheel's center. Also, 1st get wheels had a lot of negative offset, as the early cars had narrow wheelwells, and a wheel with 3.5"-3.75" of backspacing was the norm. You then "jacked up" the back and let the tires hang out.
The 4th gen cars have a lot more room inside the wheelwell, and a rim with 6"-7.5" backspacing is more common, and the rear axle width is set up accordingly. Using those older CLs, they'll stick WAY out.
