Question Tire hitting the fenders from Driver side only

A friend of mine installed new rims and tires 285 35 18 rear
and the tire is hitting the fender but only from the driver side

Is there anything he can install to fix this problem???

adj. panhard ? or roll the fenders?

Yea just like lt1noob says. I would do adj phb first cause it seems like that would cure it right away

I had the same prob but on the pass side, i have an adj phb but it already looked centered to me, rolled the fenders and all is well.
