Default Torque spec on new wheels

What should I torque me new weld prostarts too?

Torque doesn't have anything to do with the wheel, the only thing that matters is stud size. 12mm stock studs torque to 70-80 ft lbs. Any more than that will stretch stock studs which weakens them, leading to stud failure. Unless you have upgraded your studs do not overtorque your stockers. As with all aluminum wheels(because of the heating/cooling cycles they go through, dissimilar metals thing, aluminum wheel, steel stud.) retorque every 25 miles or so until the torque stabilizes.
