As title says. Will they hold air without tubes?

Yes They Will. My Rims Are Drilled With No Tubes.

don't they seal in those spots? respectively when they're drilled, they don't seal?

The actual "foot" of the tire seals more in the radius and up against the safety hump. They will hold air fine, because escaping air would have to come past the safety hump, under the tire at the bead seat, past the radius and up the sidewall between the rim and the tire. Probably not going to happen that way. Drive/Enjoy, don't worry.
