Default Biggest rear tires that will fit an fbody?

I am looking at putting some good sized rims on my camaro. I am liking the c6 z06 size. 19x12 rear and 18x9.5 front. I know that the front tires will fit fine, but will the rears fit without hacking up my inner fender wells? I have tubular LCA's that are relocated and an adjustable panhard already installed to prep for the bigger rims.

Will the rims fit? If so, will I need to roll the fenders, or what? PLease adivse!
oh yea, its a 99 if that matters.

put a 10 inch lift kit and you could probably get some like 44 inch super swampers on there. i had to...but anyway, the biggest ive seen was 325's but i think most people do 315s.

i know 315 nittos fit without bfh, spacers or any of that sort of stuff. but tires like BFG's run a little wider and you need to do bfh to fit them.

315's are the norm. I just put on 315 BFG drag radials, they're pretty friggin' wide.

Put some tires like my old car had on the back, it's a little work but they hook really good

My Fikse's are 12" and they fit just fine, but its all about the offset, and I doubt 12" ZO6's are going to fit without some pretty good modification.

I don't mind doing the work. the car is a dd (for now) so i was hoping i wouldnt have to leave it at a shop to get my fenders re-welded or anything.

If there is too much of a positive offset do you guys think that wheel spacers would help?

They will help, but BEWARE if you are going to run spacers on a daily driver. My buddy did this with his and broke the rear studs after a few weeks of weekend racing. BTW he was running a 275 BFG KDW tires, not DR's.

It's not usually the fault of the studs when they break. Using a spacer makes the wheels non-hubcentric and all of the stress is then put on the lugs themselves. That plus a lot of people in the past would run spacers without getting longer studs and thereby have less threads to secure the wheels with. My local auto parts store doesn't even sell plate spacers anymore because of this, and insurance liability.

I figured longer studs would be common sense??? Who would put wheel spacers on without compensating for the difference in thickness?
