Default street wheels for a narrowed rear

im looking for options for 17 or 18 inch wheels that will fit a 315 with a narrowed rear (1 to 3inchs each side) i kno that fikes and a few other high end wheels will work but im more looking at something like tt2 or zr1 price rang. i think tt2 dose come in a 5 inch back spaceing for a 17x11 wheel but i havent been able to find a price. if any one has any pics of steet wheel with a narrowed rear plz post them up.

+1 to that. I'm getting a S60 here in the next week and have to start thinking about this also if I do decide to shorten the rear. I'm glad you posted something about this or I may have ended up worrying about it when it was to late.

By the way, where are you stationed at? I'm an AET2 @ Airstation Elizabeth City on C-130s.

yea im thinking about geting rims this month and an s60 next month and then i started thinking about a deeper dish would look really good. i really think a deep dish tt2 with a 315 would look really nice on my car.

That's funny, I was stationed on the Sledge at the Yard about 4 years ago. Was only a E-2 then, lol.

Somebody has to make them, or have a good shop extend the rims which would be pricey anyway. I would get ahold of Maryland Speed which isn't that far from you at all, and see what they can do or find if no one responds about it. Although I would like to know because I would possibly like to get deepdish rims in the back when I don't have slicks on.

Not sure about 18's but you should have more options with the rear-end shortened. Most cars in the past rear-ends are not as long as the 4th gens. Even the third gen cars are ~2" shorter. Just look around.

Pick a wheel that you like and then look to see if they offer you the backspace that you need. It should be pretty simple for you.
