Default My new custom wheels arrived today!!!!

Well the day finally arrived. Got a knock at the door and the guy carried these in:

The flash did some weird things with the polish on the wheels. In person you can't see any swirl marks at all.

Here's a shot looking across the rear wheel at the lip...

Here are a couple pics of a front wheel outside in the sun to show how bright they are..

Wheels are TrueForged Mach 5's in 17x9/17x10 and will have 275/40 Hankooks on the front and 315/35 Nittos DR's on the rear until the 315 MT ET Street Radials are not back ordered. Now I need to get my 4th gen rear (temp until my 8.8 is built) installed and the billet adapters for the front ordered.

Next on the list is reclaiming my old Z28 so I can pull the LT1/t56, LS1 center console, and the temp. 3.23 10 bolt. Pictures of that when it happens. 8-)

They look awesome. How do the prices compare to the other forged multi-piece wheels? I checked out some of their models and rather like a few.

Their prices are actually VERY reasonable compared to many wheels in the same quality range. You would definitely be surprised at your quote. The contact information is on their website but since they are not a sponsor here, I don't want to step on other's toes and cause any problems.

Thanks for the props guys! I can't wait to see them on the car and the car painted the final color.

I don't really want to talk about pricing because I am just a customer of them but drop them a line. I talked with Steve and he went out of his way to make this a pleasant transaction.

One thing they are starting to do is to give out a free Powerball and polish with the wheels. Stuff like that means everything to me because I am a huge advocate of good customer service.

*EDIT*As far as sizing they do MANY custom sizes depending on what you want.

Thats a nice looking wheel. I'm sure it will look excellent on your car. I like their Speed Five wheel also.

That's what I was originally going to get. They can do that size if you want but it adds quite a bit to the price because they have to use custom barrels. I went with the 9/10 combo so I could still run my 275s that I already had and so I could run 315s in the rear.

Thanks for the compliments guys! I am anxious to get them on the car.
