Default New TTM's on Red Z28

I just bolted these up today. They are 17x10.5 Torque thrust M's in anthracite front and rear mounted with Sumitomo HTRZ 275/40/17, 315/35/17. I ended up using a 1/4 inch spacer in the rear. The car would look a hell of a lot better lowered, but I've been there done that. I kind of enjoy not scraping **** pulling out of the drive. I think the car looks pretty bad ***, especially in person. IMHO. Sorry about the poor quality pictures. Bad camera, bad photographer equals results below.

Looks good, but I would worry too much about throwing stuff up off the fronts. Those wheels definitely looks better with a lip in the front though.

Is it just me, or are the front wheels sticking out of the wheel well?

If you look down from the top of the fender they are just about flush. The 275 is pretty stretched out on a 10.5 but according to Sumitomos specs it's within rim width range for the tire. I was somewhat hesitant to go with the 10.5 on fronts, but once I put them on I'm glad I did. The car really needs to be lowered to look right. The car had been set up as a street mod Solo II car. It was pretty brutal to drive on the street with all the suspension mods. I just recently put the suspension back to stock. The car only has 10,000 miles on it and is super clean top and bottom. It's a 1SC stripper car.

Looks good. I'm glad to see the TTM's gettin some love around here finally. I bought a set shortly after they first came out and posted pics. Everyone flamed the hell out of me for buying TTM's instead of TT2's.

Hmm, the offset really does look a little off, but maybe it just appears that way because of the stock ride height?
