Default Is there anyway of polishing a machined lip??

Well I like my C6 wheels on my TA but I don't like the machined look. Is there anyway of making the machined lip look high polished>?? If not these will be up for sale soon!

you might wanna try to use mcguires mag and aluminum wheel polish with a polishing wheel on a dremel tool. also a clear coat might help them look polished

You would have to smooth the machine marks then polish.

you had better be careful if you try and use anything abrasive. You dont want to mess up the black part. Only drawback is you need to use something abrasive to get it shiny.. get some painters tape and tape off everything and then use a dremel with a polising attachment.

its is a pain to polish wheels you gotta sand them down with a dremel or by hand and then buff and polish them. to polish a whole wheel it takes about 8 hour i dunno how long for just a lip
