Default 325/45/17 M&H Drag Radial

I have a 2001 Trans Am and I was waundering if I could get these big mothers' to fit without any modification?? Anyone have any experience with trying these things? I'm so sick of waiting on my Mickey Thompson Tires that I am about to give up! I've heard good things about M&H tires but I need something bigger then the 275/35/17 otherwise I'll just blow the tires right off it! Not worried about the track since I have the Hoosier slicks for that so it would be for the street only. Thanks in advance.Traver

I'm happy with mine. Went 1.52 off the foot brake at the track. Dead hook @ 25 mph on the street. I'd buy again.

Now on to the next question.............where can a guy get a set of these things. I checked out a couple places including Jegs and they all say they are unavailable. What's up with all these tire companies? I've had the MT's ordered since June and now they are pushing them out to November! I need some tires and fast!!

Call or email M&H direct. That's where I got mine. Same price as Jegs, etc.

Have you ever experienced any wet weather driving with them? Im curious to how they would perform.

How do they wear? Fast, slow, normal?

Mickey Thompson is having compound issues. The DOT regs have gotten worse and they are trying to redesign the drag radials. Only one i have heard that people are starting to run are the nitto 555's but my personal opinion i dont like them. They dont hold up at high speeds.

I've put 4000 street miles on them. Only 2 track days. They still have plenty of tread. Caught some rain one time. Did fine @ 65, despite the white nuckles. LOL.
