Default Offset Tires

What do you think about running 255/50/16 M/T E/T street radials in the back and 245/50/16 Falken Ziex ZE-512 up front? Or, should I just run 245/50/16 Nitto NT555R all the way around?

Part of the answer might depend on how fast you want to chew up tires.... The soft compound Nittos, or the ET streets won't last too long. And, if it was me, I'd tend to use the same size front and rear, unless you're drag racing.

Well I would like the tires to last a good while. 7 to 10 thousand miles. I am looking for something cheaper for now, but still have good traction for a street/strip car that will see the track about 1 or 2 times a month.

run the nitto drags on the rear and the regular 555's on the front. just about every one on here who runs a drag radial had a regular street tire on the front. thats what i do.
