Default Best street tires to hook with

I need help deciding what rear tire i need to be able to hook fairly well with the stall i have. Right now i have 315 vredestein tires.

If you aren't hooking with those, I don't know if any street tire will do what you want. You need M/T ET radials.

nitto drag radials will need to be heated to get the maximum amount of traction. and if you "need" more traction from 315's then you should probably just go ahead and buy a set of stock wheels and throw some 255/60/16 mt et streets on them for when you really want more traction than you have now

I still have my stock wheels but they are sixteens and i have 17 right now. I'd have to switch all wheels. I was thinking maybe nitto rears plus they cheaper

mt et street radial here. They hook awsome. I got 275-40-17's on stock wheels, and work awsome. 1.7 60ft on a 6 spd car with a 3.5 gear.
