TomZwheels offers them in chrome and polished but the chrome only comes in 10.5 " and the polished comes in 11" wide for the rear. I don't know if the chome will chip off in time or the polished will get dual and have to polish it again often ( with brake dust ).

TT2's come polished or chrome (special order), well both are nice, but polished could be a PITA to keep'em clean, that would be the only difference it's up to you.

I would stick with the same size all the way around and not do a staggered size. You may want chrome if your car is a daily driver. You will probably get fed up with the up keep of a polished wheel.

18's all around and polished. A bit harder to keep clean and more work, but if you get a 'nic' then you can polish it out unlike chrome.

I went chrome with my 18's. Only the centers and spokes are chrome. Barrel is polished. They are super easy to clean with only a little bit of polishing needed for the barrel every once in a while.

I have had my polished ones on the car for 3 years now.

Still in great shape, normally polish them twice a year. Since I have different wheels for drag, I just polish while they are off the car.
Powerball (mini), Mother's billet, and a couple older microfiber towels.
I also polish the barrels with cheaper polish, and then use RejeX (a sealant) on them.
