Default '00 silver trans am w/ ceta mod...what wheels?

just picked up a 2000 m6 trans am..silver metallic with flat black ceta mod. currently has the stock twisty 98+ t/a rims which i HATE! Havent decided on whether to go with black, black w/ polished lip, or chrome. preferably 18s all the way around, or possibly 19s rear, 18s front. And before someone chimes in, i DID do a search!! i would like to see some silver ls1 t/a pics with some wheels OTHER than zr1's, or TT2's. i dont like TT2's IMO, and too many people around here have zr1's..i want to be unique. thanks in advance

I have black ceta mod done also. I used to have black ZR1's but the excitement with black wheels wears off fast.

17's can look ok too...

I agree about the all glossy black wheels like ZR1's

But if you going for the best look on a Silver TA
I'd say go with Fikse wheels with matte black centers.

The black color of the centers offset with the polished lips just looks
amazing on Silver TA's especially with black accents like the CETA mod.

Here is a set that I am selling but it will give you an idea of what I am talking about.

Do this and you win.

I don't care how played out people think those wheels are, they are cheap and very effective. Silver+polished=win.

Congrats James, you will have to post up some pics of the TA. I will vote for some black ruff racing 278's. I would love to switch mine out with them.

Here are some for sale:

Fiske's if you got the phat money dollas, and maybe Cragers if you're on a budget? They're similar to TT2's but I don't see them quite as much.

Phantom, that's a beautiful car.

Silver def. needs a chrome or polished wheel, but I do like the grey centers

Here's a couple of mine with the ceta:

One of the hardest things to do when picking wheels is to pick the wheel that looks the best, not the wheel in the best photo.

A great photographer and backdrop can make a boring car with boring wheels look awesome.

My personal opinion is that silver cars look awesome with the silverish TTMs & polished lips.

My lord, looks like somebody has an obsession with silver cars. It puts the lotion on the silver car.......OR IT GETS THE HOSE AGAIN!

I think chrome looks really good with silver.
