Take off the wheel and look on the inside of the wheel wells...you'll be able to see where the tire has been rubbing, hit those spots with a hammer.
Is your car lowered? Rolling the fender lips is always a good idea but be careful not to crack the paint. If you are lowered, an adjustable panhard bar will help.

It snot the inner well... its the outer lip, you can tell by lookin at the tire.. LOL.. not lowered.... and thanks for the advice... I'll start by rolling the fenders, and see what i get.

What kind of car?? I have 17x11 and the bump stops are no issue with my 17x11 zr1's (2000 Camaro SS) maybe these will help you out.
