Hey gang,

I just purchased a one owner Hugger Orange Z.....stone stocker.

I personally don't much care for the OEM rim/tire combo, so I'd like to upgrade to 17" TTMs.

Which of the 3 colors offered will look the best on the car?

Black
Chrome
Anthracite

I was leaning towards black...but the chrome might look sweet as well.

Anthracite color looks good on just about anything. I have a set in storage that I only used for about 3 months and I thought they looked good on my SS. Would've kept them on but I added a black manta stripe and didn't think they matched with all the black and white.

I think any of them would look good however, if it were my choice, I'd have to say that the Anthracite would probably be it....simply because it is a different combo from the norm. Congrats on the purchase.

I agree. Plus, the orange/black might look a little too Halloween-y. Of course then you could name your car the "Great Pumpkin".

I think chrome ones would look really good. I usually dont like black wheels on orange cars, to halloweenish for my tastes, but that one above does pull it off pretty good.

Black or anthricite regardless of rim choice. Let the Hugger Orange do ALL the talking and not be distracted upon by chrome rims

I'd say chrome ONLY IF you color matched the mirrors and sail panel and added white stripes!

First of all a HUGE thanks to everyone who threw their comments into the ring, much appreciated guys

Also, a very HUGE thanks to those who posted the shots of their rides decked out in the rims...which made the choice very,very easy to make.

I'm going with the black TTMs 17 x 9 up front 17 X 10.5 out back.

Once I get the wheels & tires on the car I'll get some pics up....also need to get to work on blacking out the back panel!

Hey bud....that's my Z28 above with the black TTM's. A few words of advice... Get them through Tomz wheels (great service and prices) and if you lower the car, you'll need to roll the rear fender lips. I'm also running the Sumitomo 313/35 rear tire and LOVE them. Some will talk trash about them but trust me...at $99 a piece you will not be dissapointed. If you have any questions at all, shoot me a PM.
