Set-Up good for 10's??
 

Hey Guys,

I am shooting for 10's. I don't have any suspension mods yet..those will come.

99 Z28 T-top Car

"stawk" LS6 heads
LS6 Intake
El'Torro Cam
150 Shot
P&P TB
Headers,Etc
4k Stall
Built Trans
Edelbrock Stock Replacement TQ Arm (was free)
3.42 Gears
28" ET Streets
Removed 200lbs

I know I should probably start there, see how it launches, then go from there with Susp.

But power wise, and lil weight reduction should be there right?

That is a pretty similar set up to mine minus the ls6 heads. The ls6 heads will help out a lot. I didn't spray right out the hole on a very humid night and just realized my car is shifting at 6000 rpm instead of 6500 (15 hp difference plus the shift extenions were a lot lower) and I made it in. You should have no problem...if you can hook. Good luck.
