My track let's anything slide no tech no nothing way out in the sticks. I've been into the 5s with out one in my s10 I do need one but I haven't had the money and time

Got two passes the other night, both high tens, they didnt say jack. Car looks basically stock.

Been 10's a ton with no cage. They used to give me crap a few years ago but not in the last couple. I think they think I have one now. I used to go so much they don't even check my car anymore just write the number and go.

There's only one track near me that "actually" techs anybody in and they kicked me out. All the other places around here just put a number on and go.

Went 10.84 once at Ned and put the car away after that they shut me down list racing for going to fast in the 1/8th the next day. They're on top of safett.

I ran a bunch of passes from 6.35 to 6.70 in the 1/8 with no cage and nothing was said. When the 408 went in a 10pt cage went in too

had a friend that built a cage out of black PVC, got away with it for a long time.. I told him he was nuts, cause I DO NOT want to crash a non caged car north of 100MPH, it don't end well..

On the other hand my bike is about that fast.. LOL

ran a 10.56@136 on motor and they didnt say a word, went back about a month later and on a botched nitrous run I went 11.03@145 and got the boot

10.7@129 very recently. Funny, I didn't get booted for the lack of cage - I got booted cause I wasn't wearing fire clothing. I did what hammer said earlier, though. I spent a few passes dialing in the 1/8 and then ran my hero run and got tossed.

Orlando Speed World doesn't care, I've "needed" a bar at least for a few years now and haven't even had an eyebrow raised. Tech sometimes asks if I have a helmet.
