lower than the 11's

guys, am looking for way to have 10's in my Auto GTO 2004 and am still stack in the 11's :(
my mods,
cam

Heads
comp lefters,
crane came pushrods,
injectors ford motor sport 42lb,
and my:
K&N Ram Air,
Stock polished throutle body,
underdrive ASP pully,
Z06 polished Oil Pump,
Pacemaker long tube,
X pip magnaflow,
magnaflow catback, 2.5 inch,
TCI tourq converter 3500 rpm,
shift kit transgo,
373 ratio diff tech with LSD 1.5 way,
and my tires M/T ET steet radial 255/50/16,

after EFI live tuning @ 13.1 A/F ratio.
we got 414 RWHP and 415 tourq,
we got 11.74 on track :), can I easly sheft to 10's? f yes, please advise,
