Good 3,000 RPM launch photo

Well the changes I had planned for the car got delayed due to an issue preventing me from being able to work on the car and even going racing. I finally got the car out yesterday for the first time since last September. I was not sure how it would run but it performed as if I had been having fun with it all this year.
I made two warm up passes to get the feel of the car then checked everything out and put a splash of fuel in it and went up for the first pass. Heated up the tires and pulled up to the line brought the RPM's up to 3K on the footbrake and let it rip.
1st run was in the left lane 6.77 at 101.39 MPH
2nd run was in the right lane 6.78 at 101.42 MPH
3rd run was in the right lane 6.77 at 101.38 MPH
Then I decided to hit the back tires with the transbrake. I made two runs with good results.
4th run was in the right lane 6.72 at 101.80
5th run was in the right lane 6.76 at 101.37 MPH spun
Then I enter in the bracket race and made it to the final round and turned the red light on with a -.009 reaction time. I still had a lot of fun for my first time out in the Formula this year!

Update in post #123 4/13/12
My daugther took this photo on the last Thursday in May of my car leaving on a 3,000 RPM footbrake NA, no power adder launch at a special event that I was invited too.
The car ran a 1.471 60 ft time, 6.819 1/8 mile ET at 99.19 MPH and a 10.784 1/4 mile ET at 123.45 MPH. I then backed that run up with a 1.474 60 ft time , 6.819 1/8 mile ET at 99.18 MPH and a 10.789 1/4 mile ET at 123.22 MPH in 80degree temps at 2:00 PM in the afternoon with a track temp around 115 +/-.
I thought you all would like to see the photo. She is really getting pretty good at taking action photos.

Thank you, this has been one fun car for sure.
This Formula has worked well on 26 inch and 28 inch tires and has been so much fun to race in. Built it in 2003 and have been having fun with it ever since. I been told if I took it somewhere to have it setup correctly it would run better. I feel like I have gotten it to work pretty well on my own.
This old 346 is putting down 400 HP to the wheels and the car comes in at 3,300 lbs. with me in it.
Best 60 foots to date are 1.38 NA and 1.27 on a little bit of nitrous.
As always thanks for looking and as most of you know I am always willing to lend a hand or help anyone I can. I appreciate all of the help I have gotten on here for sure!!

Finally took a break from work last weekend and took the Formula out for the first time this year. The 1/8 mile track an hour away had a LS race and it was a fun time. Put a street tune in the car to basically set it up for a 7.0 index more or less. As always the car performed pretty well.
