400RWHP enough? UPDATE -5/29
I have been in the 10's before with 375RWHP but I know these cars are different and heavier. This car I just got made 406 or something. I'm wondering if you guys in the 11's have dyno'd 400 or less.
The car is 98 Z
6 speed
4.10's
26 inch drag radials
400RWHP.

400rwhp should give you plenty of hp to run the mph needed to run in the 11s, but the 11 second slip will come with how the rest of the car is set up. If it doesn't hook it obviously isn't going to happen. Also what does the dyno curve look like? Is it real "peaky" or have lots of area under the curve, and at what rpm does max hp and torque happen? You also have to have confidence that the dyno isn't too overly "friendly" when it comes to the numbers it spits out.
FWIW my old Formula only made 375 rwhp on a calibrated Mustang Dyno and weighed 3600ish pounds and ran the numbers in my sig.

Thanks for the replies guys. I didn't see the actual dyno. I know it made 406 and maybe 375 TQ. The car has the following:
Ls6 intake, pacecetter Lt's, ORY and SLP LM exhaust. It has a T-rex cam and bigger MAss air and injectors and a Racetronix pump. Fast toys ram air kit and lid and has 4.10's and 6 speed. The car doesn't have dog crap for power under 3500 RPM's but rolls out after that.
I was told it has been low 12's at 116 or 118 with bad 60ft. I'm gonna get to the track not this wednesday but next wednesday. My goal is to roll into the 60ft easy and hope there's enough motor here to get a 11.99 pass. I have broken way to many 10 bolts to go nuts with it. If I like the car and it performs well I will probably spring for a 12 bolt, a NOS kit and a set of Patriot heads.... in that order.

Shouldn't be hard with 400hp. A friend of mine runs 12.0-11.90 and has a stock internal 01 with 3.73's, Yank SS3600, LT's, and has no weight reduction except Draglites.
