My fatass GTO finally got out of her own way for a change. (Took dangling a deep fried twinky in front of her to get her to do it, but it worked!)

Back on 10/30/11 ran a 11.98@116.45 at BMP, here in Bradenton, FL. According to drag times, the DA was +657 so not the best weather ever.



I then went to make a second pass (with the nitrous off) in order to blow the N/A bolton 04 GTO record out of the water, and instead twisted a half shaft, well, in half!

Power levels to achieve the above were:

402rwhp/476rwtq!


Now it's time to double the nitrous shot to 150, install the Fast 90/90 setup, and get tuned and see how close to 10s I am in GOOD weather without having touched the longblock! After that comes the 243s I have sitting on the shelf waiting for AI to do their magic to as well as a nice lopey cam! I need money...LOTS of MONEY! lol!

Bumpn..wouldnt b bitchn so much about that DA, last nite it was 13XX here and still low 60 degree weather..so that was a bolt on + 75 shot run?

I hear ya on that account - over the summer our DA will skyrocket as well. Sometimes getting north of +2500 from the heat and humidity. Makes NOT running the AC irritating.

Yes minor bolt ons, ET Streets, front runners, and a 75 wet shot.
