To much slip in the the torque converter I think. It hit the rev limiter twice on the top end. According to the TCI calculator I was seeing 14% slippage.

ok that explains it! figured with the 105mph in the 1/8th you should have cracked 130 easy. i see most turbo cars picking up 30 back half

That's a 10 sec car when you learn how to launch it. Very sweet.

It was just a shakedown run, didn't launch the car, I waited until it shifted to 2nd before hammering the throttle. I'm hoping with a good launch and with the converter tightened up it runs a 10.00.

I'm sure the car has the potential, might have to launch of the brake and bump up the boost.

Thanks, I think with the converter tightened up and launching of the T/brake I should run a low 10
