11.77@122mph, Exhaust/tune only 2008 C6
My last entry to the 11 second club was in 2009 with my bolt on/sprayed 2005 GTO, figured it was time to update with a new car as much has changed since then.
Car is a 2008 Corvette, A6 w/Optional 2.73 gears. Car still has factory air filter . Ran 12.23@116mph factory stock
Mods:
1 7/8" Stainless works longtube headers w/3" Catted (gutted) X Pipe
C6 Z06 dual mode mufflers
Quick dyno tune to get WOT fuel under control (395rwhp/404rwtq on a DynoJet SAE smoothing 5)
Z06 Shocks
Z51 Brakes
Z51 Sway Bars
275/40/17 ET Street Radials on 17" C6 Z06 replicas for the track

Thanks!... My GTO that went 11.55 at MIR could only manage a best of an 11.8x@118 at PRP so thinking the C6 would drop a bit at MIR. Crazy coming from a heads/cam/stalled car to something that is faster with just full exhaust, don't miss the shitty drivability of my GTO. I know the car would pickup a ton by getting the 60' down via converter but I'm just not interested. Now a 50 hit off the line, maybe
Thanks, Great day! I made 8 passes and DA was low, went 11.78@121 & 11.77@121 in the right then swapped to the left since everyone claims X lane is faster/quicker and went 11.77@121 & 11.77@122 in the left. Last 4 passes were all 11.8x@120-121.
We strapped the car down on Wolfpack Speeds dyno in Robinson.
The steeper optional gears are putting me against the rev limiter in 3rd at the top of the track, you can hear it hit just as I am going through the traps but the 6L80 is so bad at shifting 3-4 on first start so I bumped limiter to 6700 and let it ride. Not sure what I will do when/if more power is added.
