Well I couldn't hook for **** on my worn out 255/50/15 BFG DR, spun to a shitty 1.8 60ft. Also was leaving at 3,000rpms.
It was a good time glad to meet the south side crew bond motorsports. Street Lethal did a good job! Track officials could have done better like more water in the water box and prepping the track. Still had a blast.
I GUESS I'M STILL ONE STEP BEHIND THACKER HUH?
Where was Thacker? I was waiting for my race, well lets see what excuse he has now...

Damn I need whatever you've got! I have a similar combo and run a second slower and about 7 mph. I think I needs those 4:10s to get mine to work right. My 60' was only 2 tenths off but my 330' was .5 tenths off yours so..gotta be the gearing.
Nice run and excellent mph! That speed shifting also? what were you shifting at with the MS3?

My car has Pace LTs, OR-Y pipe, LS6 intake, Magic Stick, Borla, lid, free mods, makes 403hp, 380lbs tq. I ran it a few weeks ago and it only went 12.70s@113 and we have been trying to figure out why. The race weight was 3720#s, running on nittos and hooking up getting 2.0 60's but the 1/8 was only 88mph. I think gears would really help it. Seems to be pretty flat under 4500rpms so....

Nah its an M6 with stock 3.42s. I think 4.10s would really help it. If you analyze my slip, you can see the weak 330' and 1/8.
60'--2.045 Dumped clutch at 3500, hooked good
330'--5.598
1/8--8.38@88.54
1/4--12.72@113.93
60'-- 2.067 Dumped clutch at 3500, hooked good
330'--5.593
1/8--8.37@88.80
1/4--12.72@113.22
60'--2.134- Came out at 3500, released clutch quickly but kinda slid it to keep the rpms at 4k, but clutch hung up and slid too far, smoking it down the track literally.
330'--5.55 NOTICE THIS!!
1/8--8.328@88.16
1/4--12.71@112.14
Eventhough the 60' was a full tenth slower, the 330' was .04 quicker which was reduced due to the rpms staying somewhat near the powerband I believe.

In sixth at 80mph my rpms are around 2,300 so its not that bad.

My car is definetly not setup for drags but it SHOULD be going 12.20s@116. Car is lowered with Hotkis springs and sub frames, MAC LCAs, Random T/A. Also has heavy 17X9.5 centerline aztecs with 275s in front and 315 nittos in the rear. The nittos were hooking good at any dump below 3800 and WOT at the dump. Didn't get to spray it because the nitrous line blew but... It just seems to not pull that hard at all until 4500, feels slower then stock below 4500 eventhough the dyno chart is showing 300+#s tq at 3k rpms... I was shifting at 6400-6500 and was shifting relatively fast while lifting throttle. Should be going 5.0s in the 330' and atleast 90 in the 1/8 with the same setup. I think its all in the gearing. HOPEFULLY its not just weak.

Go get the gears then see what it will do.

I think with a ported TB and a pulley, and a tad more tuning I could match your 416hp, ,its the low end torque that seems to be killing me. I am thinking the 4.10s will make up for some of this but...there is no denying the .5 I am off in the 330', hell that is only 1st and into 2nd gear so there arent a lot of factors there assuming the 60' is a consistant 2.0. Car is just too flat from 1500-4500 and can't make up for it enough from 4500-6500. The nitrous will help the bog but I want it to run well on motor also.
