Default Will i break 11's??

Im starting to take my f-body to the next step. I drive it daily and im looking to get it into the 11's by spring. I have a spec 3 ordered for it and my next step is cam, valve train and gears. Im going to go with 4.10's and im still undecided on a cam. The cam i think i want is a 230/224 .575/.563 111 LSA. Anyone think i can break 11's with these mods??

I'm A4 but I just ran 11.93 last Thursday with that same cam....and stock suspension. TR230 is a great cam and is capable of getting you there easily...but not with a stock rear-end in a 6-speed car.

i would worry about suring up the suspension before you go cam shopping. all of the mods you have listed in your sig are power related, what do you have under the car to control it though? a good torque arm from UMI or BMR, weld in control arm relo bracket, adjsutable control arms, and an adjustable panhard rod will allow you to properly set the rear centered and square as well as adding a ton of traction for you at launch.
you already have a trap speed that is capable of going a few tenths quicker than the best ET you currently list. if your goal is a specific ET, you have to prep the chassis to run the number before you concern yourself with having the power to do so.

Yea i have had clutch problems since my 1st runs at the track. I traped 110 the other weekend with a 13.0, really looking forward to getting my new clutch installed, i found a spec 3 with 2 weeks of use on it breaking in a 408 for sale and im thinking about getting it but have read nothing but bad things about the spec 3. hopefully after the clutch change i can gain a couple tenths and with the cam, well who knows, ill hope for the best.
