Building to go 11's next year

All these small things that need to be done to run the car into the 11's is really a great learning curve. All mods are in sig. I thought last year after doing the head cam exhaust underdrive pully the car would go 11's. Then I noticed the clutch sucking balls. So I baught a new clutch and shifter. Then I had to re-learn how to launch the car. By the time that happened with these junky 555r's the rubber hose for the slave was useless. So I ordered a full braided clutch line with heat shield. While I was at it I went with oil catch can and fuel pump. I went with a fast 92mm full port and a ported TB. With that I ordered 42lb injectors. The last tune the car was pulling 90% on the stock injectors. I also ordered a set of mickeys and drag bags to the list because of the insuficiant traction I was getting with the Nitto's. I am on the final drawing board, so I think with ordering a full 8.8 some time this late winter, expensive tough ( almost 5k). Now Ill be able to launch at 5k+ and not have to worry about breakage in the full built rear end.

You already had the mph for mid 11's before you did more mods all you have to do is get you 60ft down in the 1.6's.

Oh I know the car should be in the mid 11's , the MPH dropped from 116 to 114 to 112 to 110 and 109 due to slow shifting as well after I got the 60's down to mid 1.8's. The clutch line was heating up causing it to boil and also not letting enough fluid through, thus causing it hard to shift into the last gears at the top of the track. I could only do so much launching do to the shitto Nitto's. Thats why I purchased MT's and drag bags. All the other stuff is to just finish the H/C/I build.
