I got my first 12 sec time slip today. Not only did I hit 12's but I backed it up with 11 runs. I finally got a chance to try out my new Convertor and DR's. My previous best was a 13.25@107 before the T/C, so I was expecting to break into the 12's, I just didn't know where. My first run I spun bad and did a 2.0 60' and 13.25@108, I was not to happy, but my next run I was rewarded with a 1.90 60' and 12.62 @109.27. I still wasn't launching good and had alot of wheel spin, so I dropped the rear tires down to 18psi and smoked the hell out of them and ran my best time of the day, a 12.53@108.78mph with a 1.77 60'. I backed that up with a 1.79 60' and 12.57@108.14. She dead hooked on a hot tire, but I feel there is a few tenths left as I was leaving soft on the Convertor. And I didn't want to push my luck with it being the first time down and all.
All and all it was a good day I got
