anything think i'll hit the 12's?

My car is a 1998 SS 6 speed with 64,000 miles. I'll be racing my car at Infineon Raceway which is sea level and gets cold air around 40-50 degrees. My car has a custom ram air intake setup like a ftra, a lid with a completely sealed air box. A 3" flowmaster catback with a open 3" cut out installed in the I-pipe, all of the free mods done and it has 255/50/16 M/T ET Drag Radials on the back. Does anyone think my car will pull a high 12 second 1/4 mile?

i would be happy with low 13s as well. I'm just thinking the drag radials will help me a lot cause when I have my 275/40/17 on the back they just spin all the way through 1st gear.
