Default 13.18@102 stock 13.002@112 full bolt?!?!

I need help with my car, im very very frusterated and been laid off for almost 2 years so I dont have the money to spend on my car. I have 01 WS6 T56 and with 104k miles and only lid and hooker muffler I went 13.18@102mph/ 2.1 60ft/9.0 1/8th mile, with fuzion ZRi street tires, 2k launch and no spin at all that was aug. 2008, 1 month after getting the car and 1 week after getting laid off. In sep. 09 I had t65 built,LT headers, 3in ORY cats deleted, pro 5.0, coolant bi pass, spec clutch I with 2 used mismatched rear street tires and spun almost all way thru 2nd and ran 13.081@112mph/2.4 60ft/8.8 1/8th mile, I had to take off @idle so it wouldnt just sit and roast tires. This year I ran sep 2010 I have LS7 clutch kit, brand new fuzion ZRi tires and first run I launched @2k and didnt spin at all and thought I had a very good run cause I got almost half way thru 4th gear, usually I either bounce off rev limiter the last 200ft or so in 3rd or I barely get in 4th at the 1/4, I ran 13.002@108mph/8.4 at the 1/8th and 2.0 60ft. My buddy said my car had a little smoke coming from under my car thru 1st. 2nd run I launched @3k and it hooked! with street tires, but I almost got thru 4th gear and ran 13.090@108, then 3rd run launched @4k and had a buddy video tape me, well i didnt spin even @4k launch but the clutch pedal was to the floor when I went to hit 2nd, I've never had the stuck pedal issue, it came back after rpms dropped way down and I ran 14.2@108!...The video showed lot of smoke rolling from under the car on launch and all down the track. I cant believe an LS7 clutch would slip like that with my car on a 2k launch with street tires. I checked my car out when I got home and my pinion was very loose, I tore the rear apart and the crush sleeve had been spun on the pinion shaft, so I put new bearings, seals, crush sleeve etc in and did the drill mod to the master cylinder finally and also read to change clutch fluid when it gets brown, mine never was changed and it was black, so I bled the DOT3 out and put DOT4 in. The car drives much much better now, but why did the clutch slip? Could a pinion with 1/8in play up and down make clutch slip? Every run was 108mph, I still havnt had a tune done, not even hand held tuner, and most all my power is from 3k-5k, I have nothing under 3k since the LT headers and cat! etc....also how can I reduce weight, my door sticker says 3,450lbs. A guy at the track has my exact setup but with 400lbs out of car/DR's and went 12.20's@112mph...I showed him my stock 13.18@102 and my 13.081@112mph from last year and he said I ran very good for what I have and that I for sure got the driver MOD, and said I should be running 12.49@110mph after calculating my 60ft,1/8th etc etc...WHAT IS WRONG I CANT GO 12.99!!!

I want to say driver mod honestly, 2.0 isn't that terrible, but your car is trapping 2mph HIGHER than my 12.2 second car. So I want to say the power is definitely there. My Mustangs fastest time on the slip is its 1/8 mile (its quicker to get to the 1/8th than most cars that run better than it out back due to me getting it off the line nicely) and its 8.6 for a 13.6 second car so I want to say that the 1/8th mile isn't where it should be. It almost seems like your 60 footing then blowing the tires off.
