Nice runs!

What the hell did you race lol?

Your slip looks good, maybe try to get the 60ft down another 10th or 2 and she'll do what you want!

Looks good. Yeah, whatever you were racing was pretty slow. What other mods are done to the car?

What do you have suspension wise? Tires? A4 or M6? And don't kid yourself, I remember saying all I wanted was a 12 second TA, and now look .

@507
I think that's the best I can do maybe I can drop a 10th if I would have have hit the nittos harder.. I prefer 12.1's on street tires.. I smoke me a colorful Honda ..

@kevin
All I have is eldelbrock shortys, lid, Underdrives, full exhaust w/single outlet, potted TB, Nittos555R, no AC compressor..

Trust,
Stock suspension..Automatic..
12.1s on street tires is good for me..
If I wanted high 11's I slap on my Drag Radials.. But puts me in the "fast lanes" with 9/10 second cars..

Stock stall? If you want 12.1's, put a decent tire on it, the 555R is a drag radial, not a street tire, so try the NT05R instead, 555R's are old tech. If you want to stay with the 555R's, you need some more power, a stall, or gears. A stall will get you there easily, if you don't want a stall, do gears or longtubes, shorties suck.

If you are running the 12.3's on a street tire and not the 555R's a stall won't help because you'll just blow the tires off, so go for something more linear, I'd say LT's.

i have to live with my "shortys" bad choice...
i was just thinking to bump it up to a 75 shot with the 555r's and see what happens.. NT05R sounds good, i think that's going to be my next future mod..

A friend of mine at work is running a slightly built ws6 and we are having a fun spat on who is gonna win a heads up race this spring at the track. His car sounds and looks good. the pic of yours in the burnout looks pretty damn good. keep it up you should be able to hit lower 12's or high 11's with just a little bit more work.

50 shot? **** that, drag radials, seventy five out of the hole and second gear 150.. if worried about your rear.
Me, I'd spray a 150 the entire track. Mid 11s all day.

How are u cutting a 1.79 60' on a stock stall and gears? Are u spraying out of the hole? Best 60' I can manage on my stock a4 is 1.85.

Id get a stall and some better tires. Weld your axle tubes and get a LPW girdle for some insurance on that rear!
Nice job!

I don't Think I'm going to weld anything but the girdle sounds like

I jump off the line just over 2300 on Nitto's 555 drag radials..

Are you spinning?

With a 3600 converter you should be 60'ing a bit quicker than that. That would have you in the 11s.

Congrats on new pb!
