Well, it was the first time out with the SS to the track, got 3 runs in (2 with it misting) before being rained out. Pretty please considering the crappy weather (70% humidity)and 10-12mph headwind (check the tire smoke in last vid). I was the only idiot that came out...lol. The track was prepped pretty good but it needed some rubber laid down, more traffic to really hook like it should have. I had to baby it off the line, where normally I can flat foot it and dead hook on the street.... Being the only one out there and rain threatening, I hot lapped 5 runs in 20 mins.... Here are the slips and vids.

Yessir! Bone stock with a tune. I tried pulling the paper filter and the car went into reduced power mode mid track. Threw the filter back in and ran the 12.88. Wish I could have let the car cool down and drop some tire pressure. 40lbs wasn't hooking well...lol. I'll be back over there within the next 3 weeks. I'm coming back with a 12.6x damn it. I have seen many of these stock cars run 1.8 to 1.9 short times.

Im happy with it, and yeah the mph is awesome. Actually I think it will trap 1-2 mph higher in the right conditions. But it doesn't look like I'll be going back before they shut down, between their schedule and mine at work, its a no go. Oh well, next visit will be with lt's at least.
