yeah I don't know what all is in the tune. I always pop my hood between runs, but usually my first pass is the fastest, I figure due to heat soak.

best last night was 12.734 @110.9 1.998 60' ...... I think the track went to junk fast cuz I spun reel hard on the next pass. it was truck night so I figure the offroad tires were killing the track. 12.6 is so close but the weathers about to get hot so idk if i'll make it.

I don't know much about Nitto's but you might try some MT drag radials.

You are getting so close. Hope you can make it. Don't know what state your in, I'm in AZ and it's already starting to get too hot here. Dreading summer so much.

I don't think he needs mickeys, a lot of ppl instantly put those on their car but they are HEAVY. It will probably slow down compared to the other passes you hooked. I had good results with toyo tq's they are softer compound than the nittos. Hoosier DR's would be my recommendation though. Light and hook

I went out last night and played with tire psi and burnout times was able to get 1.9's, so will see if it stays consistent. last pass I hit 12.76 @106 on the brakes (bracket racing) with I would have stayed in it. just got lca relocation brackets, and hopefully will have a ssra installed by next week.

How low was the tire pressure? I think you can definitely hit 12.6

I think I ended up at 19 or 20psi, there only 245s so I can only hope for so much...

Not shabby, that's reasonable. Some tires on that would help a great deal. Do you mind me asking, what mufflers do you run off of your x-pipe?

what brand exhaust is that? How did the install go?

And Spicebird, I didn't realize the weight difference between Hoosiers and M/T's. I will have to seriously consider switching. I see comments of 8 - 10 pounds per tire.
