Back from Memphis Motorsports Park - Finally in the 12's... Went to Memphis Motorsports Park tonight... Made a best pass of 12.845@105.76 with a 1.929 60' on Kumho 712's on heavy 18x9.5 Z06 wheels. The only thing I added since the time I went 13.10@104 was Comp 918 Valvesprings and BMR Boxed SFCs. This time is WITHOUT headers/y-pipe... stock manifolds into a cut-out. There is still something wrong in my tune (or at least I think its my tune) that causes me to stutter/knock/miss at WOT right before I pass the finish line. I also got a personal best RT tonight. I got a .001 RT on a 12.90@105.4 run with a 1.94 60' and got a hole shot win against another 02 Z28 who ran a 12.791@107.27 with a .164 RT. I bought this car used so I don't know exactly what's done to it. I do know it's a stripper model car and has an ASP pulley, free mods, cut-out, hooker catback, LCAs, SFCs, STB, and Comp 918 Valvesprings. Some have told me there is a stall in the car and possibly a small cam, but I don't know for sure. It seems like my MPH is a lot lower than most people's here with the same ET. Can an Admin change my status now? |

I had the same problem. You need to adjust your fuel cut off range. Stock is set at 6200. I reset mine for 6800 and had no problem last time at the track. |
