DAMNIT i want 12's.... E/T's inside bought my car about 2 months ago and so far have taken it to the track about 3x i believe. All runs have been made at Maryland International Raceway in Budds Creek, MD on 8/5/05 after having about a month of seat time in the car i ran as follows. I didnt do a big burnout just a lil rotation to clean off the tires before hand. @ 6:59pm r/t..... .694 60'..... 2.367 330..... 6.241 1/8..... 9.287 MPH.... 81.09 1000... 11.853 1/4..... 13.995 mph.... 104.46 then @ 7:46 r/t..... .408 60'..... 2.438 330..... 6.254 1/8..... 9.240 MPH.... 83.24 1000... 11.755 1/4..... 13.876 mph.... 106.87 I ran those times with the mod in my sig before the ls6 manifold. After the manifold swap and a little more seat time i went back to the track on 8/26/05 and ran as follows @8:53pm. This run i really heated up the tires before i made my pass r/t..... .739 60'..... 2.131 330..... 5.797 1/8..... 8.702 MPH.... 85.30 1000... 11.159 1/4..... 13.226 mph.... 109.42 So far thats been my best run, i'll be goin back to the track this coming friday and maybe i can get that 60' down and get into the 12's. I think it'd decent for havin street tires and heave ass chrome wheels. but u guys tell me if u think i'm capable of goin 12's. thanks |
Yeah with a better 60ft time you should be able to make it in the 12's. Have you done a tune up yet, after I changed my plugs, fuel filter, PCV valve, and air filter it seemed to help top end GOOD LUCK and let us know if you get 12's |
You need drag radials! Get some Drag Radials, mid 12s easy :D |
