i cammed my camaro about a month ago, and it still runs low 13's, but traps 110+. i know its because of my 2.73's and stock stall. Tomorrow night, a 3800 stall is going in. I hope this will get me into the 12's, and i will be happy for about a week. haha

you guys think that this will get my car in here??

hell, i dont know man, it cammed to hell, which is not helping anything. The stall in going in now, as i type this. it should be out tonight and rolling around.

IF IT DOES NOT GO 12'S, i dont know what i will do with that damn ls1, i will take that cam out, and get a z06 cam, and with that stall it should go 12...lol

damn man, scott dove into the 12s with the stock cam, heads, and converter...but scott is a pimp, too, maybe that has something to do with it.

i am just now starting to order parts for my cam swap, but it will be another month or so before i get all of them. i just moved yet AGAIN and must furnish another residence with...stuff. i think i can get everything but the cam & springs this go-round. then next month fork over the big cash for the good stuff. i'm going with a custom grind cam in an effort to get something different and more radical than the current off the shelf grinds. i'm sure i will be successful.

my response to what cam i'm running will be: "hotcam"

ha right, i think anyone that knows us would agree that we're 2 of the whitest boys at the track at any given time.

hey charlie, didn't see you out there last night. probably for the better, as the air was bad and the track was worse. i borrowed a friend's set of et streets for one pass and 60'd worse than i did with my bfgs. i made one pass and watched the rest of the time...then entered the burnout contest and lost to a cummins dodge. torque

i had a good burnout, too, i was disappointed. 3rd gear \@ 100 mph. but now i need to change my back brakes.
