ok i went to the track for the first time today and heres my best...

cannot get any traction and i have mt et streets

anyone got any ideas to help me out??

If you don't get traction launching between 3k and 4k with inflation pressure somewhere between 16 and 20 psi then you have suspension problems. How snug are the bushings in your LCAs?

it bogs the engine at a 3k launch and it seems like everything higher it spins... the psi is at 11 so i dont know whats wrong... not to sure about the lca bushings but the suspension is still stock so i should probably do something about that

Lower pressure does not necessarily create better traction. There is an optimum pressure that is dependent upon how much or how little the tire is spinning. The interaction of track and tire is very complex. You need to experiment with pressure and launch rpm.
