Default is this enogh for 12s

i got a trans am nhra with longtub headers,3.73 in the rear end,lid k&N,and a hypertech programer with the 160 termostat

best time in the 1/8th was an 8.1479 at 87mph 60 ft 1.9310

oh it is and auto with no stall

I think with that time you would have hit the 12's. When my car was stock with 2,xxx miles on it it ran 8.5 @ 85 and 13.2 forgot mile trap speed, and I know your 60 was better than mine also.

With decent tires you should be able to hit 12's. By the way hypertech's programming doesnt do much and when i had mine it was causing false knock and robbing me of power so I would say run it with and without the hypertech and see if it does that same thing to you as it did to me.

I ran a 12.99 in the 1/4 and the 1/8th mile was a 8.4, so that is definitally a 12
